    Aaargh 3lb up :( i can't seem to find the motivation to eat properly!!! 2 weeks before holiday should b enough but am really struggling ATM! If I put much more back on I'll b back to where I started :(

    Does anyone else struggle with weigh ins on a thursday?

    Perhaps this is why im so thrown off this month :/ really struggling!

    nope its just a day on the calendar ....if it makes you feel better oct will be on saturdays

    nearly lost back all I had gained :)

    I have been trying to stick to my calorie count and this is what I have done so far so I am happy but I know for sure that in October I will push alot harder my goal is drawing near. I like this. Im still not where I was when I started this challenge so even though I dont like that I would much rather to know I only lost 1lb or none at all but I didnt gain any by the time this challenge ends. Wish me luck.

    Still a loss which is great :) nearly at my second goal of 112lbs! Really motivated to eat right and get there before I start University again! Fingers crossed that I can do this!

    Well 1.5lb loss I'm pretty happy with that but hoping to get at least 2lb off by next week!! Fingers crossed, and well done to all those that lost this wk!!

    Loss of 1.25lbs :happy: - I am so chuffed with this as I am really struggling at the moment. Still 1 lb to go just to get back to my SW but to be honest given the circumstances I would be happy to have a net loss/gain of 0 for the month!

    Going to do my best to stay on track but will have to take it easy on the exercise as slipped down a couple of stairs last night and although I don't think I have done any serious damage I think I will avoid anything high impact for the next day or two.
