    Hi, Miss Jackie! ♥ Here's my stats:

    SW - 180.6 lbs (Thursday Sept 1)
    Week 1 - 175.6 lbs (Thursday Sept 8)
    Week 2 - 175.6 lbs (Thursday Sept 8 15)
    Week 3 - 175.4 lbs (Thursday Sept 22)
    Week 4 - 174.6 lbs (Thursday 29)
    Total lost - 6 lbs (Saturday Oct 1)

    Since I'm only supposed to be losing 1.3/week, I should only have dropped 5.2 so I did a little better than that. :)

    -1.8lbs this week! :D Woo!!! So far I've lost 6.8lbs in this challenge! :DD Can't complain about that! ;D Still got one week to go too, I'm gonna shoot for 167! XD

    Not been well last few days so really pleased not put on again and managed to lose what I put on plus extra.....down to last 7lbs to go now, thanks for the challenge it was really motivating.

    Just checking in, 1 pound down, not really what I was hoping for but at least it's in the right direction.

    Not good at all. Had a busy couple of days and not been watching what I eat so my cravings had complete control of my eating and the net result is a 2.25lb gain. Arghh!!! So frustrating. Only 11 more days on the medication so in 2 weeks hopefully the cravings will go but until then I am going to have to be extra vigilant about what I eat. Will report in tomorrow if there is any change.

    October Challenge? I'm there. Been with this challenge since June and have consistently gained a little each month :sad: (dmn stupid meds) so I am hoping that Oct, or at least the end of Oct, I can get back to losing weight. I now have 26.5lbs to lose to get to my GW.

    No change for me this week, but havent been eating very well so am just happy not to have gained!!

    Week 4 - 204.6 (Sept 29)

    A gain this week but a small loss for the month. I've slipped up on eating well and tracking my food these past couple of weeks; that will be the main focus for next month.

    Congrats to everyone and see ya in October!!

    No change for me :( .... total of 3lbs lost in Sept. That's not too bad I guess almost 1lbs a week (which is what I had myfitnesspal set at, but Oct is a new month! I'm going to try for at least 2lbs a week :)

    I've lost 9lbs during September, which is pleasing. Monday I'm having my hip replacement operation, and I reckon every lb off will help my recovery. Hoping to carry on losing but I'm having a month off the challenges as I figure I'll have enough to cope with as it is, and also it will be difficult to weigh and track my food in hospital. Good luck, everyone. I had a relatively poor month in August but September has been pretty good for me, so don't despair if you've not lost as you hoped to - every little helps, and you're learning to eat healthier by tracking your input here. It's not a diet, says my hubster, it's a change in lifestyle.
