  • I had the same thing. I found out that my levels of vitamin B12 and vitamin D were low. Now that I'm taking them I feel a lot better.
  • I'm also in college, it can be difficult at times with your friends but at the same time there are so many opportunities and things to take advantage of at most colleges. I love using the workout facilities and cheap exercise classes at my university! Good luck, you have a great new environment to make new changes in!
  • I would love to support you, I'm 20 so I relate to the whole young adult thing. Seems to me that you are doing so much and on top of that losing weight, that is amazing!
  • Yeah you aren't the only one. When you wake up in the morning it's a new day free from guilt and open for hard work. At least I can tell myself that. Plus it seems you are getting close to your goal so don't worry too much.
