  • Thanks. One other benefit I forgot is I've become more active. It's less hard to get up off the couch.
  • I've started eating a 4oz serving of wild salmon or tilapia recently 2-3 times a week. I bake it under foil for 7-8 minutes with lemon and black pepper or crushed red pepper and then broil it 2-3 minutes. It's such a mild favor it helps to spice up the veggie sides. Experiment with seasonings.
  • Had been stuck at the same weight for three months the first part of this year. Made a switch to vegetarian and non-fat dairy at my doctor's recommendation because of cholesterol. Have dropped four pounds in the last month. I have some fish and perhaps a half serving of chicken 2-3 times a week. Feeling good.
