True I understand what you are saying and agree. BUT i think a lot of people who are trying to lose weight get frustrated by the number results...sadly they compare themselves to someone who lost like 5 lbs in one week. Does that make sense? It can get frustrating seeing the numbers go so slowwwwwwwww

I have to say I tried laughing cow today. I just took my plain old boring turkey slices and spreaded the queso one and rolled them UP....sooo good and I can't wait to have it again 2morrow lol

Thanks!I actually just went to a running store just a few weeks ago and duid this test they had and found out I AM SUPER FLEXABLE...they showed me a tape of me running and it is kind of scarey how much my ankle rolls. I got new shoes to help support it...I am going to keep a close eye and no jogging tomorrow =(

The biggest I personally have been was 140s because I was prego. My but got kicked into gear a few weeks ago because of size of pants. Then I finally came to term with steping on the scale...for me it is about losing the weight but more so fiting in to clothes and looking nice

Stayed in tonight my body was telling me that it need a break from jogging. I jogged 5 days last week and walked one day. Tonight I just did inorder workouts but my body feels so much better

I just started so I can't totally relate. I do know that when I see people who weigh the same as I do I think to myself I don't look like that...IDK if they carrey the weight different but it is way frustrating because I don't understand why I can't see my body in that light
