Don't concentrate on the weight, check out how your clothes feel. I only lost 2lbs in the whole of January when I was doing 30DS, which is much less than I was losing, but I went down a clothes size :)

Why have you replaced meat with vegetarian options? If it is purely for weight loss then it's not necessary. Lean meat is great as it can be low in calories and super high in protein which is just what you need when you are trying to lose weight. Yes, but you must have a balanced dinner in the evening. You will in no way feel hungry or that you are missing out while doing this. Plus it is easy to do for life.

Before I had my HRM I logged it as circuit training, now I use my HRM I actually found I was burning a little more cals than MFP says for circuit training, so that is definitely a safe bet :)
