Thank you so much for posting this!

I did day 1 yesterday and only managed 15 minutes! Did it all today though :) Did feel like I was going to die though. Everyone says it gets easier after day 4!

I actually started this yesterday, but I am definitely up for joining the challenge. Just adding myself to the spreadsheet now!

Some good ideas here - bump for later.

Thanks for sharing :)

Dartford, Kent, UK here. It's cold but has been sunny this morning. Starting to cloud over now. Snow forecast for tomorrow

I'm in NW Kent. Feel free to add me, that goes for anyone else who wants more friends. My diary is viewable to friends.

I am definitely going to try this. Sounds delicious. Thanks for sharing.

This week I have been stirring a tablespoon of jarred Robertsons Mincemeat into my porridge after it's cooked. Gives it a real Christmassy smell and taste, and much healthier than mince pies! Other porridge faves of mine: Cherry Bakewell porridge - add frozen cherries when it's nearly done, at the end add chopped almonds…

At the moment I'm down to work on Christmas day :( If I can't get swapped off then there'll be loads of treats at work and I will indulge. If I am off it will be xmas at my mums and I will indulge in what I fancy. My mums dinners are quite healthy thoughg, it's more the snacky stuff! I will be enjoying a bottle of Baileys…

Yes, they are nice. All compressed dried fruit. Tasty but healthy!

Wow, what a difference, well done. I can't see any difference in me yet, but once I do i'll post :)

We have chinese every week. I go for chicken and mushroom and boiled rice. I always have a loss as long as I stick to my cals all week.

Hi! I'm in Dartford (so officially Kent, but only just!). Great to see other people from near me on here.

Oooh, I love French Fancies. I'm owrried I'd heat the whole box tho. Might have to give them to my hubby so that he can ration them to me. I would recommend Sainsburys Basics Rice Pudding. 158cals for half a tin (less than the Be Good to Yourself version), really creamy and thick plus it's only 15p a can! You would never…

Ooops, sorry for the rubbish advice. My google skills failed me :blushing:
-
Sorry, I really need to make myself clearer (I will do that one day!). I didn't mean your thread per se, rather a few of the reasons people gave for not bingeing remind me of the reasons I've seen on pro-ana sites for not eating.
-
This sounds a little pro-ana to me :frown: Sorry if I'm wrong. Not being nasty, just concerned.

Cake flour is self raising. Exactly the same thing :) I'm not sure why the recipe has baking soda aswell, but do it as the recipe states. Hope they are yummy!

BUMP. I think i'm going to make this on tuesday.

Being able to reach down and paint my toenails without having to contort my body into an odd position because my belly gets in the way. Being able to have a bath without creating a dam with my body so all the water goes up one end. Being able to get in and out of the bath without flooding the bathroom. Being able to get on…

I say that as long as YOU are happy with your wedding then that is all that matters. IMO I think people spend way too much money on weddings these days. At my wedding, which wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, my Dad put some money behind the bar and members of the family who we never see apart from at weddings,…

I disagree that it would be 'ignorant' to be scared of all humans after you were shot at. After I was attacked, unprovoked, by a complete stranger I suffered with terrible panic attacks around ANYONE I didn't know, and ended up agoraphobic, something which I am only now just recovering from. Different people react to…

I really don't understand why people who don't use facebook anyway want it gone. Why does it matter if it's there and others use it? For me it's been great. It enables me to get back in touch with old school friends who I hadn't seen for over 10 years, invite them to my wedding and now we are all good friends again. Also,…
