Collar bone first, always. Then face. Then boobs  Stomach and legs are always last. I like my big bum so that's fine

Hi! I see you are in the UK. Good choices are Nandos (YUMMY!). Also, we have chinese pretty much once every week and chicken and mushroom is 258 cals, and boiled rice is 406 cals. That's what I always have and stay under for the day. I'm having it tonight infact! Whatever you have, enjoy!

Absolutely this. You are actually burning off more calories than you have eaten some days, looking at your diary.

Bacon is truely amazing. As is any other pig product. I DO dig on swine

I find she uses alot of ingredients we can't get here in the UK, which is a shame because I often see things i'd like to make. Although I do think she relies on alot of heavily processed ingredients.

Thank you, i'll go and have a look at that now. I thinks it probably because I'm tired as I did a night shift a couple of nights ago so I expect my body clock is a bit messed up still.

Yes, this is always great! I get loads of ideas from my UK friends diaries.

Why should it be that way? Not being narky, just interested to know why you feel this way?

We both work full time and earn more or less the same. We each have our own current accounts which our salaries are paid into. We also have a joint account which we pay an equal amount into each, each month and all the direct debits for the bills, mortgage etc come out of. Each month, just before payday (we both get paid…

Like others have said 1.4lbs is nothing. You could drink a large glass of water and out that on according to the scales. Just try to go on how comfortable you feel. Well done on losing 13lbs.

I'm going to have quorn peppered steaks with mashed potato, peas and gravy. Comfort food as I've got a sore throat & earache. Then Sainsbury's low fat ice cream with a flake!
-
This is what I thought. Thing is, there was a study into this. Wonder how much that cost? Sure there are far better things that money could have been spent on.

I'm on just over 1500 a day and I don't think I could manage on 1200. I have a lot to lose so I have my goal set to lose 2lb a week, but I will set that to less as I lose so that I don't end up going hungry. Considering before I was probably on 4000+++ cals a day 1500 is low for me!

When I was about 13 I got sent to the school nurse because I was skiving off of games lessons and was overweight. She told me to stop eating potatoes and I would lose weight. That was all the advice she gave me. I didn't even eat fried potatoes, my mum mostly boiled them to death. She told me to eat pasta or rice instead.…

I had two birds eye cod fishcakes, Sainsbury's moroccan style couscous and a big salad with low fat garlic & herb dressing. It was yummy. I'm on a nightshift tonight, so it needs to keep me going until I get a break at about 11pm!
-
I want to know this too. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread.

I had the new Pizzetta last week and it was delicious. It means that I can add pizza hut to my food choices at last!
