Hello :flowerforyou: Forgot to check-in last night! Today/yesterday was weight machines 40mins 25kg 45 reps per machine and to warm up was 10mins hard out on the bike and 5min hard row on rowing machine. Have a great day!

Good on you for sharing your success by helping others.... That's not something I hear everyday! Last year I ran exclusively outside and really enjoyed it. I joined the gym 2 weeks ago and have been using the treadmill, I do like it but find it more difficult to get correct posture and form than when I ran outside...

A good book I would recommend is "The new glucose revolution" there is a lot of mystery surrounding sugars, this book goes a long way to expelling some of the myths.

Hello :flowerforyou: For me today was 70minutes run3 walk2 on the treadmill. Also a quick 10mins on the weight machines, bat wings begone!!!

Yep sure do. I have a 8kg and a 16kg dog. The bigger one is better, longer legs... But they both enjoy it. It takes practice and patience. Most important thing you need to run with dogs is "CONTROL" without it, they will trip you up :bigsmile:

I'm in! Perfect timing for me also as I have just increased my exercise recently. I feel sooo much better, ENERGISED :bigsmile: (I do cardio up to 7-9times a week and weights 2times per week)

In my opinion your breakfast contained a super amount of SUPERFOODS, and was not a big spend on calories either. Well done I say, good on you!!! Weed out the haters and you will build up a good group of supportive friends :flowerforyou:
