And so the random slot of internet 'proven' facts begin. The fake sugar is thought to be worse for you than sugar, in the long run. (Carcinogen and all that jazz) Real sugar has a good bit of calories with it, and when you consume too much of it, yes it's going to make you fat. Honey is sugar, say what?! I always thought…

where do you eat that they'll ask someone to leave if they are just there to have a conversation with some friends? What if they got invited on a spur of the moment things right after they ate? I don't like your restaurants.

I keep nuts as it is, almost everywhere. The jerky is a good one too. I love tuna, but I may have to skip it due to the smell it creates in the car upon eating it. ^_^

My roommate and long time friend. Now I'm 6'2" and 180lbs and just completed an obstacle run in 13th place. My family is bad about it too. I don't care, I just let it roll off now and just look at myself in the mirror and remind myself how I go to this place.

Make sure that you're using correct form most of all. Second of all, that's the sort of routine I usually did when I'm doing a gym cycle. I'll do 3 different exercises in sets. So for example. Round 1. Bicep Curl-10 Tricep Press-10 Ab workout -DependsBicep Curl-10 Tricep Press-10 Ab workout -DependsBicep Curl-8 Tricep…

You're right. Probably the worse things someone could do for themselves ^_^

Why not? If you want changes, you gotta work for them. Just do it, you got this!

Work hard, eat healthy, and sweat. Don't get discouraged, it's a marathon, not a sprint. Make sure you eat enough. But not too much =) Remember when you want to quit, that you gotta keep fighting! Good luck with your journey!

Love Ninja Warrior and American Ninja Warrior. Always thought it was fun to watch. More so now that I'm training and looking into obstacle/mud runs.

You actually seem to be doing quite a bit of exercise. Maybe try toning down on that, or combine your workouts into high interval workouts. Less can be more. Also wouldn't worry about gaining weight in the short run.

Not gonna read all of the other replies, I just would like to say that I don't believe it should be classified as a disability. My dad who had two artificial knees put in has a disability. He didn't get this way because of his weight, he got this way from working hard his whole life.

Uhm. I see advertising for almost anything alcohol related all the time in WV. Cigarettes are something that don't advertise too much anymore because of the restrictions on them and such. The companies are doing well without them apparently or they wouldn't be selling them anymore. How about we stop blaming the things we…

I hate the 4th meal marketing too. In reality it's more like my 7th or 8th meal if I were to be eating that late....idiots ^_^

Be truthful, be ready for the typical questions. I.e what's your strength/weakness. If you smoke, make sure you have a mint or gum (don't chew like a cow though) with you. Be confident. Wear something that's professional, wear it with confidence, and present yourself well. Don't come off as timid. Show them why they NEED…

I think you're using too many capital letters. This is just a joke, please don't kill me people.

I cut all the sleeves off of my old shirts and wear them for Ultimate/Football/Band and use the sleeves as headbands to catch the sweat while I'm working ^_^

WHOA! 800 Calories is your goal? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Again, NO. You need to eat more. You can't expect your car to drive across the country on half a tank of gas. Again, NOOOOOOOOOOO.

Also, you can just use something like TinyChat, me and some friends used to use it on here . Enter the chat if you are bored! http://tinychat.com/w0twv

No, that would invite "bots" to the site. The same things that make you put in a captcha each time you sign up for something.

I don't know your whole situation, but I'm a firm believer that 1200 calories is just enough to survive on. I can't see your diary, but I would experiment with upping your calories some and seeing how that works out for you.

There ya go! And good job!

How about a Management Information Systems who plays sports and lifts weights all the time? But can also fix your computer and your car? Do I win =P

No, what you wrote doesn't apply if you follow the directions. What happens on days that you don't workout? Do you still eat the calories back? Because I would then say that you automatically going over on your calories on a "Normal" day. Which is kind of build into your logic.

To the OP, give it up man. Crash, and burn
-
I work at a desk job. Therefor I selected sedentary as my activity level, therefor burning at a minimum. This doesn't count in the half mile walk to work that I do (don't count it). Or the fact that I workout 3-5 times a week, whether it be sports or running/weights. Therefor, I count them, and eat them back. As people…

Some them look like *kitten* from the pictures... I'll make my own pizza if I want one to be healthy...
