You started at the beginning of August ? ... so less than 2 months ago, and have lost 15 lbs. If you only have 50 to lose, I don't think you can lose more than that in a month and half healthily. Aim for 1-2 lbs a week and stick to it.

I eat eggs, hard cheese, meat, etc. but also supplement with a whey powder if I am low... I hate the taste though, so I've found mixing it into a low-cal pudding (or blended banana-but this takes longer) makes it delicious, and it makes me feel better about my treat, since it's now high in protein :D

Today's weigh-in 77.3kg or 170.4 lbs.... a .4 loss from last time. I was feeling under the weather this week though, so I only really exercised 2 days. Hopefully I'll be feeling better this week. Keep up the great work everybody!

hmm... I love salad, stir-fry, anything home-made. I haven't really changed what I eat- only the portion size, and have been careful about snacking. :D

I walk or ride my bike every day I work... don't have a car, so I use the train. I usually jog at least a few times a week, and I do the 30DS.

Good Omens was amazing! Although American Gods and The Anasi Boys are my favorite of Gaiman. *love* Funke.. Herr der Diebe was the first book I ever read in German :D I think the 100 book challenge is to finish 100 books in one year. I've read 60 this year, so it's close for me. We'll see if I manage.

That first chart seems harsh. My goal weight is 135, and I'm 5'5'', so I'm at the high end of normal for chart one, and smack in the middle for chart 2. I didn't base my goal on a chart though, and if I change it, it will be because of how I feel/clothes fit and not what I read. :)
