Yup, I am with the rest of the posters. You should try to eat something within the first 30-60 minutes. I have a similar routine as your except I drop my son to school and then take off for work so I get to eat my breakfast within the first 45 mins or so...I have been doing this for years now and my body just craves food…

Hmmm. I have a Polar F11 (5 years old) but the chest strap fits me very well. Even when I was smaller (bra strap- 29 inches) it would fit me. Justins Honey almond butter is awesome! Just has a hint of sweetness and all the goodness of almonds :) On a side note, does anybody know why almonds and almond butter have so much fat in them but the same is not true for almond milk? Yup...same is happening with me! I am up the 2-3 lbs that I lost since I am in TOM right now. BUT my jeans are still loose, clothes are fitting better even with the bloating so I KNOW that this will go away. The meausring tape is my new best friend. The scale is like a third wheel who just likes to come for the ride :)

Thanks ladies! I feel taller, healthier, fitter and STRONGER! I crave good food (mostly!) and make an effort to eat back my workout calories. Food is your friend...if you want quick weight loss, this is not the right way for you. This is a lifestyle and will eventually get you fitter without you even trying!

My hair was growing super fast when I was pregnant. Besides the hormones, I think the prenatals & fish oils were definitely helping! Trying eating more Omega 3....your hair will also look healthier. I use coconut oil on my hair once in 2-3 weeks. It definiltey makes it softer..not sure about making it longer. Btw, good job…

I really like the taste of Think Thin bars. They are 20gm of protein with about 230 calories. I have tried the creamy penaut butter & chocolate fudge flavors and like them both.
