BORING SALAD!

I pretty much have salad and a protein EVERYDAY for lunch…. It’s easy and fast and I don’t have to think. But I need to “spice it up” a bit. I recently started adding artichoke hearts and olives stuffed with Jalapenos just to give it a little more flavor and it has helped but I would love a few more ideas…. Do you have anything that you think makes your salad better rather than boring???

I like to add in nuts, dried cranberries, or chopped apples.0

sunflower seeds or sliced almonds
hard boiled egg
broccoli slaw
feta cheese

Sliced almonds for the crunch
Dried cranberries for the sweetness
Boiled egg for the protein
Or you can replace Salad dressing with Cottage cheese (I love it! ) which gets you the protein too0
