I'm almost 5'4. I was up to 163 at one point. Been down to 128. Currently 151....ugh. Goal is 130. Anything less is too much for me. Don't want to lose my curves! Lol

I'm not a breakfast eater. I never really want to eat till lunchtime. However, I do drink one of the Special K protein shakes every morning. The vanilla cappuccino is so delicious. I actually look forward to it as soon as I wake up now!

I ❤️ curves. Seriously it keeps me on track and consistent. It holds me accountable. The curves smart key tag is genius. I weigh 140 and I burn about 250-275 calories in my 30 minute circuit.

Not worth it: cake, pie, & donuts TOTALLY WORTH UT: wine, kahlua, & cheese..... And brownies (once in a while)

I use it once in awhile. I use the wraps if I need to wear tighter clothes the next day. I also use the fat fighters if I eat a bad meal. I have a jawbone up24 and I'm totally in love with it. It looks like a bracelet and not a watch which I love as well. I enjoy the sleep mode and love the tips and challenges it gives me. I'm probably a slight bit obsessed with it. Lol.

Spark. I'm not a coffee drinker so I have to have my spark everyday. Also next would be cheese. I love cheese. Trying not to overdo it so try to do mini babybel light or mozzarella string cheese.

5'4 .... Almost SW - 164 CW - 158 GW - 130 I'm set to 1200 calories a day. Working out 35-65 minutes 6 days a week. Depends on the day. Eating back workout calories on most days.

Started level 2 yesterday. I'm sore today, but gotta motivate myself to get day 2 done.

I use a HRM with my workouts. I am 5'4" 158 lbs. I track my calories with HRM during the workout and including the warm up and cool down. Usually like 27 minutes and 226 calories.

Normally I want to eat at night from boredom. I usually want something crunchy or cheesy. So here are my go to snacks 1. Mini babybel cheese or weight watchers string cheese 2. Kim's Magic Pop. How does it work with Myfitnesspal. I've noticed in people's diaries that there is a calorie adjustment. How many calories does MFP assume you are doing and what make the adjustment?
