Day 3 completed, I woke up dreading it as I was still sore even after having a rest day, but surprised myself by finding it a bit easier than days 1 and 2. I am still doing the modified push ups but I'm not really worried about going onto the full version as shoulder injury left me a bit lacking in strength in my left arm even after surgery to correct it.
I did swear a lot at Jillian on my run this morning as my legs were still so sore it was an effort to make it round my route.
I swear at her all the time!!

Day 3, yesterday was wow lol I was sore from the day before but worked thru it and did fine. Today I wasn't sore at all soooo progress!!!0

Day 5 done. I've been using 1.5kg weights but decided to try 3kg weights for circuit 2 today...I think I may regret this in the morning!!0

Day 4 done! Been avoiding soda, chips, cookies, pastries, fast foods and white bread Its hard but not impossible.0

Does anybody else feel really inflexible during the cool down? I can barely reach my calves let alone my toes! Day 4 done, so bored of the routine already!0

Day 4 done I think I know jillians "script" off by heart now, definitely was easier today didn't have to break at all. I'm doing 9 days each level in 1 day rest so I'll be doing a total of 27 days just so I can fit it into Feb. Not sure if I'll get the same results so am doing non modified moves where I can hack them! I'm also using 1kg weights because I'm just not strong enough for anything else at the moment, when I get a little strong will be adding ankle and wrist weights though just to up the intensity to get an extra kick since I'm only doing 27 days xxx0

I did ripped in 30 today. I really like that one more than 30DS although they are very similar.

Day 6 done! Yay! I mixed up the 1.5kg and 3kg weights today, definitely feeling it more!! Getting v bored of level 1 now, not sure I'll make 10 days, I quite like the idea of doing 9 of each - thanks Alicia!0

I took a break today from shred. Ran a mile and walked for an hour.0

Did day 3 on Wednesday. Planning on day 4 this evening! I seem to be settling into an every 2nd day pattern.0

Workout done this morning along with some upper body strength training.

Day 5 done with an extra strength training. Have upped my weights to 4kg so feeling it more now. Starting to talk along with the instructions as well now! Off to do somr cardio to change it up a bit.0

Day 6 done!!!! I do like the repetitiveness because I like to know what's coming up. I'm still not able to complete without modifying a bit, but I'm ok with that. I'm using 3 lb & 5 lb weights now.0
