It really depends, if I'm hungry I will have a snack. I don't go to bed until 10pm or so, so not eating after 5pm would be really difficult for me.

The closest would probably be some kind of organic whole grain cereal, maybe granola of some type or grape nuts?

My best 5k time is about 33 minutes. When I started running last January, it was taking me about 42 mintues. Improving...under 30 minutes seems really difficult for me. I am not a super fast runner but I can now run a 5k without stopping, and 9 months ago I could not run one quarter mile! for the original poster, I think…

It really depends on how tall you are, I think. I am 5'5" and my ideal size is an 8. I feel very slim and look good at that size. How tall are you?

I love the Jillian Michael's dvds and the Biggest Loser. They are tough but actually fun and I like her personality. No More Trouble Zones is awesome...but it leaves me sore for days. haha

I agree with using the same scale every time. Then you will see it move up, or down, which is all that matters. The scale at my gym always weighs me 5 lbs heavier than my home scale, so I try to stay off of it. ha!

wow. Your wife is a beauty, before and after....but wow, now she is SMOKIN!! Thank you for posting. I am almost 41 and your wife is an inspiration. So many times I hear "Oh well we are getting older" as an excuse, I am not doing it!!
