How would you add an exercise video?

If I do the Jillian Michael's 30-day shred dvd, for instance....it's about a 20 minute workout. I have no clue how many calories it burns but it is definitely tough for me. I don't have a heart rate monitor right now.
I wanted to enter it into my exercise diary and just decided to put in 10 min of aerobics and 10 min of calistenics...(pushups, sit ups)
How do you do it? thank you!

I am about to start that as well and was told to enter it in as "circuit training"

Before I got my Hrm I was doing the 30 day shred and I logged it as circuit training,,and after I got my hrm I compared calories burnt by my hrm to aerobics high impact and circuit training and found that circuit traning was closest to the calories burnt on my hrm....0

It was good...:) They are tough but I enjoy Jillian's workouts. honestly I wanted to eat a little bit more so that's why I did it...haha0 -
With an HRM
JM 30DS burns around 10 calories per minute according to a lot of HRM users. I get up to 12/min though because Adderal speeds HR considerably. My burn is 17% higher in the morning close to my dose than in the evening.0
