  • DDP Yoga is supposed to be very low impact...Any yoga really is pretty low impact.
  • Not much you can do. Breast hold a lot of body fat....Do exercises that work your chest so that you build more muscle there. It will help them look more perky. Keep in mind though that the saggy boob situation doesn't happen to everyone. It has to do with genes.

  • Try using really good lotions. Coco butter is really good and so it vitamin E . It will just help keep your skin in good shape and fade out the marks. I've never heard of them showing up while you are shrinking down in size. Don't give up though.

  • A calorie is a calorie. Doesn't matter what it is, but everything gives us different nutrients. Candy Bar<Fruit in nutrients....And 300 calories in fruit fills me up more.
  • The guy doesn't have 6 months of Yoga training. The disabled guy in the first video did it six months and was able to walk/run again.

  • I never force myself to make-up for a bad day. It makes me feel too stressed out and I end up doing worse again. Also I have gone over my limit once or twice and still lost weight at the end of the week. Don't stress it. Worry about one day at a time.
