I do the shakes. They work for me. You're major issue is that you aren't getting enough calories into you. 1200 is the bare minimum!

It is possible. Some people hold their weight/body fat better than others. But the scales that tell you your Body Fat % aren't always right on. Try the Bod Pod. That is the most accurate way to do it. You can usually get them done for a good price at local colleges. Good luck!

You don't want to drink water because you don't want to use the bathroom....It takes less than 3 minutes to go piss.... Even if your classes are back to back you can manage 3 minutes.... Kind of just sounds like you are looking for excuses. Once you decide to ditch the excuses you will start seeing results.

If you feel like you can't eat that much, try eating lighter things that are higher in calories. I snack on nuts when I am not feeling hungry and know I need to get more calories in me. I struggle getting my 1200 calories in so that is what I started doing. Good luck!

This was my before picture. This was my after. I don't feel like I had great results....But I did it 5 or less days a week and didn't change my diet. So I think if I would of done it more and counted calories I would off had better results.

You aren't even eating 1200 calorie:huh: Um..1200 is the bare minimum you SHOULD be eating without starving your body.
