I have done the same thing tow bras works better then one. I am too well endowed without having children and I know it it is like to hold up your breasts when you are running. And yes others have laughed at me as well. Rosie

2 1/2 hours...sometimes...I walk when I have a break from work in half hour increments. I do cardio for one hour, I do abdominal crunches, twists and other strength training activities.

Okay So I bought a pedometer to count steps. According to some website it says with every 10000 steps one can burn 500 calories. What do you guys think?? Another question is I sometimes work out for 2 1/2 hours and that adds up on losing calories therefore adding more calories to my intake goal. There are alot of calories…

I am not sure that you have to eat all your fat...I didn't even know you are suppose to eat all your calories. I am feeling guilty for eating all my calories because it seems like when I exercise it is adding more calories to my goal. I don't mind, I like to eat but I want to benefit and lose weight, like everyone else on…
