Calorie Question
In the food diary when it says 3 oz of ribs is that with the bone or without the bone because some of my ribs have hardly no meat on it and I don't want to put down 300 calories when I only had 200 calories. I know somethings say with bone removed but others don't Please advise

Emotional Eating
I am not hungry, but just emotionally eating. How do I stop? I just want to eat and eat and eat. Eating makes me feel better. I have lost alot of weight even before coming into MFP and I don't want to gain it back. Help...need some support.

Okay So I bought a pedometer to count steps. According to some website it says with every 10000 steps one can burn 500 calories. What do you guys think?? Another question is I sometimes work out for 2 1/2 hours and that adds up on losing calories therefore adding more calories to my intake goal. There are alot of calories…
