I've wanted to know the same thing! I was around 275 when I started and wished I could have worn a 18/20. I was wearing at 24, which was kinda big and a 22. Finished Day 3! I can tell I have more endurance and I'm not nearly as wobbly the day after! I'm still sore, which is a great feeling. I know I've done something right! Can't wait to see physical results! Good luck everyone!

YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! I started it this week too and am so out of shape. I huff and puff the whole way through it, but you do have to push yourself. Your body will thank you later! Just modify what you can't do. I can't do those jump ropes, but I still bounce and stay moving. I also have trouble with the reverse bicycle ab…

Just finished day 2. It totally kicks my butt! My legs were so sore today. It felt great! Can't wait to see results. I've been doing Zumba too. I think kicking up my exercise should kick up my weight loss! Let's do this!

I'm doing Zumba 3 days a week and plan to start 30 Day Shred. Looking forward to seeing a weight loss like that :-) Do you do the 30DS everyday or do you rotate on days you're not going to Zumba?

Keep logging! Sometimes it takes time for our bodies to adjust. I've had a hard time losing too, but you can't quit. I've been logging everyday since 1-17, but I've only lost 6 pounds and that was just recently. It was getting very discouraging. Keep logging, keep moving, and keep drinking water!!!

I'm wanting to lose 30 pounds by the end of June. That will be 6 months for me. I've currently lost 2 and weigh in on Friday. I'm looking foward to the results. What are some tips you would give? Way to go on your progress! Keep it up!

I weighed this morning and I've lost 15.2 pounds :-) 15 was my first goal that I set. I thought 75 looked too difficult, but 15 increments are doable! 14.8 to go! It may be tough, but I'll work hard and try harder!!!!! Good luck everyone :-)

The biggest loser is so hard for me to do!!! I'm out of breath with warm ups as well....and find myself screaming at the television!! I had a recipe once to add pumpkin to devils food cake mix and then bake it. You leave out oil and egg. Just mix half a can of pumpkin. It's delish!!! And full of fiber :-) It's kinda like a brownie instead of a cake. So good!

I always go over too!!! I was even planning on posting about it. I'm like you, all my sugars are "good" sugars. The yogurt I eat sometimes has 27g!!! I'm going to have to switch :-/ which is sad, because I'm not really even a yogurt fan! I'm planning on tracking other things instead of sugar. Good luck!

Thank you all so much for the suggestions! I'm going to go with salsa, multigrain chips, veggies and dip, fruit, and homemade yogurt fruit dip!! I think some of the girls are bringing their own snacks and I'll be sure to tell them to take them back where they came from ;-)
