How long do you workout for daily? How many calories do you burn? I just see alot of people saying they burn around 500 calories per workout. What are you doing to burn that much and for how long? I want this watch so bad...it's expensive though! It tells you how many calories you burn and keeps track of your heart rate. Love it! Especially since it's pink! :tongue:

My Calorie King book is my bible. I keep it everywhere. I have one in the car and one in my purse. I just got the 2008 edition today. I will keep my eye, to make sure everything is correct. Thanks for the tip.:smile:

I am a EAS low carb shake girl. I know Sam's Club carries them in the bulk for a good price. They are not too bad...low calorie and only like 3 carbs!

I have heard it doesn't matter, but I have also heard they say in the morning on an empty stomach...which I could not do. I go to the gym when my son goes to preschool or on the days he doesn't I still try and go mid-morning. I will be interested to see others responses.
