i am on day 27...unfortunately I have only lost a few inches in my thighs I see no difference in my glutes...the good thing is though with each day I noticed my squats i can get lower that is the biggest difference from when i first started.

I am on Day 16 (rest day) my legs are sore from time to time...for me its been a little bit more of a struggle adding on more squats. I haven't really seen that big of a difference in my body shape (as far as legs/butt) it is actually discouraging for me, but I am going to complete these 30 days if it kills me!

I am currently doing the 30 day squat challenge and just finished Day 13...I don't feel like I am seeing results does anyone else feel this way???

wow Laurie that is awesome! Mostly everything I eat has some type of sugar...maybe I should try like you said just natural sugar in fruits/vegetables that is a good idea! Thanks for your story :-)

My birthday is on the 30th and hopefully I will be down about 10-15 pounds by then!!! WOOP!! WOOP!!!

2nd hand clothes or salvation army!!! That's your best bet...and you can usually find things with tags still on them if you have never shopped in stores like that!! you will come out with many clothes for so much less!!!
