oh well, im not expecting to have it easy for me ever. But my relationship is starting to be affected by me spending so much time at the gym, and not with him when i have the chance to. Either i let me and my teams down or i let me and him down. either way i dont win.

Tuesday is my vote. Its the only day i get to spend with my honey. Otherwise i hardly even see him during the week.

Tuesdays are not great for me, I want to set those aside for the only time with my honey. Great days for me are usually Fridays.

Im needing to QUIT!! I cut back months ago and have increase and decreased over that time. Am down to 1-2 can per week and want to cut it completely!! so im in!

I hear ya. I am 5' 3" and at my heaviest was 300. Even when i graduated high school i was 225. Partially genes, but mainly lazy. Now im taking charge and i WILL be the girl i never imagined being, but the girl i am suppose to be!! Good luck in your journey!

my weigh in was 285 so down 4 lbs. Ive been gone on a mini vacay so thats why i havent been on here, but im back now!

I usually drink 1-2 cans per week. I still drink my 10-14 glasses of water daily tho. And i always get a water along side my diet coke at restaurants so i drink 2x the liquid but only half the pop!

Always wear a 42 DD, but it doesnt seem right, but this said i was a 44J... really???????? Not sure about that!

I dont break a sweat from it, but being very overweight, i do FEEL it. I am not just doing that so i can not confirm the results i have to just that, but i would think it helps. Def gets me off my butt and away from my computer, so thats good in my book!

Challenges seemed fine. I agree about the variation of fitness challenges in any given week, I was fine with all the ab work (and liked it) but the point was made about those just starting out and that is a very good point. Only thing i have an opinion on is wednesday would be a great rest day, Im in a car for 5 hr and then family time with my honey's family so i wont get a wok out in that day.

I vote for rest/water day on Wednesday. I am traveling 5 hours to my bf's moms house to spend time with the fam so i wont get any exercise in... unless you count getting out of the car at all the stops we make to stretch exercise lol. Then i might get 20 mins of stretching in lol (we stop like 4 times lol)

Glad i am not the only with an injury allowing them to not do windshield wipers. I managed to get 10 of them in (trying with a towel then a pillow under my hips to see if that helped... nope) sad tho cuz i sure could feel those 10!

Im sad to say that due to a back injury 5 yrs ago, my back and hips dont like when i did Windshield wipers. I managed to get 10 of them out, but my back/hips were yelling at me, tho my abs liked it :(

I got a little bike pedometer, spedometer thingy. I call it my "bike computer" :) It does speed, distance, average speed, max speed, and time. I got it for like $13 at walmart!

Monday and Friday Aqua Aerobics from 9-10 (usually stay and do another half hour after that) wednesday beginner yoga 830-930 every other day lift weights for half hour. Depends on what time i have left or whenever i have free time i go for a walk, ride bike, or do some dance workouts on my Wii!

I have been living with knee pain for over 10 yrs (since i was 13) and it is part of the reason i am overweight. Now what i do when my knees are hurting bad is usually swim. Otherwise i cant do elliptical or running anyways but i just take it easy when im in motr pain.

I have not felt well for a few days. Today i am very achy and sore. Super tired and Im going to rest the early part of the day and hopefully be better this evening.
