I am running my first 5K this weekend and I am already considering at least a half marathon. I will be more the happy to give you support, maybe it will be the motivation I need to keep me going, who knows maybe I will do a full someday. Add me if you wish.

I have only been doing this for two weeks and I have lost 10lbs so far. I do not eat my exercise calories back, I eat when I am hungry and try to get close to my daily calorie goal. From what I can tell on this site is that there are some that eat them back and some dont, do what works for you I guess. Good luck.
