Thanks everyone! I am 5'7, I probably do have heavy feet, that is so funny Lol! And thanks for the comments about my baby girl, its so true that we put our focus on our kids and sometimes forget about Ourselves! Well now I am focusing more on myself, cant wait for 20 lbs loss! :-)

Thanks everyone. I guess I don't look 160 is because I'm 5'7. So I guess the taller you are the more the weight is distributed I guess Lol. Plus I am a bit muscular as well. My advice is to really try to follow your daily goals for both food and exercise. Its okay to indulge sometimes but don't make it a habit. I treat…

I have asked others the same thing and they told me to expect some weight gain, but to just continue what you are doing, drink lots of water and yes watch your sodium intake. If you exercise and eat right, once your TOM leaves, you should see the weight loss after its gone. Its all water weight don't worry :-). Hope this…

Hello Michelle!, I also work out 3 times a week for at least 30 mins! I would recommend taking things easy at first and then maximize your workouts as you go :)

It seems you are working out a lot, you need to bump your calories up some more! 1200 calories for the intense work outs that you are doing is not enough
