I absolutely can't get enough of Skinny Topcorn (http://www.metcalfesfood.com/products/metcalfesskinnytopcorn/). The sweet and salt one is SO GOOD. You feel like you are stuffing your face, but a whole bag is only 123 cals!! Can't recommend it enough :-D

Great advice, thanks everyone! Seems that water is the best way to go - I'll try that first, then think again about the fibre pills if I'm still ravenous!
