Hi! I've been here for four - five days (time flies! I really don't know). My friend has helped me through this so the only thing I can do is help others, too!!!

The first step was admitting it and you did! Congrats! Being big can be a let down for self-esteem and self-confidence, but there are a few songs (like "Big Girl You Are Beautiful" by Mika) that can give you a beneficial boost before you try to get into shape... I guess whatever I do, music is always helpful for me.

Well, I'm a little nervous. But I'm sore so maybe I did something right and it's a good sign. My friend and I tried one disc of Insanity and enjoyed sitting for the next hour. :ohwell: Those aerobics were crazy! Hopefully I did something right and got something to disappear (fat, not muscle!)

I like Emerald Dark Roasted Almonds. I never liked almonds but these are roasted with dark chocolate powder on them and I indulged on them during the winter but they have 100 calorie packs too! Not to mention almonds are a good way to fend off the flu. :)

I bike ride, but only as a hobby too and whenever I can, I stick to the sidewalk. It bugs me when some walking teens or another biker pass by me and nearly shove me into the grass, but I just recover and continue what I started.

This is my first day and I was logging my exercise (cleaning and cooking really count?) and I noticed "Music playing : Drums" I had practiced for fifteen minutes today so I thought, why not? So I did, but it seems higher than I thought moving my arms and wrists would be! I think by swimming, though, they mean laps.
