  • I know this sounds crazy but you could go to your physicians office and get a blood pressure check and weigh every three months if you're worried about scale obsession. You may want to find out if your doctor charges for it or not.

  • Have you tried zig zagging your calories? If you know you're going to go over today shave some calories off tomorrow or the next day. It helps me stay on track on those days when I go over.

  • Well I logged my food and went over 1.784 calories after taebo. if I stay on track for the rest of the week will only lose .5 lb but I enjoyed myself. But I realize eating is not as fun as it used to be. I am actually enjoying my new lifestyle more than binging on food.
