i always wondered also, but I just bought a 1/2 pound of low salt ham...there is 16 oz in a pound so this is 8 oz of meat, there is approx. about 16 slices of ham in this half pound so I would say 2 slices is about an oz...

Ok, thanks :) I don't usually have alot of calories left over, usually if i go on the treadmill at night instead of in the morning i have alot more because i get back... but you guys have helped, thanks

oK no one actually answered my question LOL... on the plan, im at 1200 calories, i also watch and stay below or at the recommended carbs, fats, sugars in the daily report, is that what i am suppose to do? or not worry about that and just stay at 1200 calories??? because like i said i like fruit and and oatmeal... and stuff…

Im sorry Wendy, i confused lol ... So do you just look at your overall calories for the day or do you also stay under the recommended carbs, sugars and fats on the daily progress??? I don't mean to sound stupid about it

Thanks :) Im starting to think its the menopause thing that is part of why it is so difficult, my body has changed so much in the last year and a half uuugghhh but im still hanging in there, going slow but thats ok... my goak is in april so almost 2 months to my trip to loose my 20 pounds... thanks again

I am not an expert or anything, and i am a horrible dieter but you sound on your game with excersie so mayve you have built up muscle? which they say will put on pounds? Dont get discouraged...i am menopausel so this is the hardest i ever had to work at it to loose a lousey 20 pounds!!!! Good Luck :)
