One of my biggest struggles is not letting my food choices go completely crazy after having a not so great food choice. It's like all or nothing. When I'm able to reign myself back in its a total victory! 150 is not bad at all! Way to stay positive!

I carb cycle, and it works! Just follow Chris Powell's plan, and you should have no trouble. It may take a little while to get that metabolism amped up again, but just stick with it!

You might take a look at Chris Powell's book about carb cycling. It's what I follow, and I've consistently lost over the past 16 months. Of course, the closer you get to your body's natural ideal weight, the slower the process, but if your goal is to loose and maintain energy levels it may be worth looking into. ????

I'm on my second week of 30DS. It works, BUT it can get boring. You're basically doing the same workout over and over each day. I tend to get bored easily though. I've started alternating between the 30DS DVD and the treadmill. Hope this helps. :)

Same story! I did so well a few years ago that I lost 50 lbs! Suddenly...(as if it happened over night...yeah right) it's all back. Hate that I did that to myself, but nobody forced me to eat those cheese burgers now did they!?
