I do not take them because they make you VERY jittery and make your heart race!! I do not know if they really work but the idea of that does not make me want to try it. I took one once and could not stop shaking, and I could feel my heart rate JUMPING!! It's up to you but my advice is to stay far away.

I am with you on today!! My cramps hurt so bad I worry that something has broke in there!! I have heard that exercising helps the cramps but I am not sure I can do ANYTHING while my stomach hurts this bad. I am going to try to take my dog for a short walk or something and maybe that will help!! I hope you feel better soon!!

I am 5'7" and I started out at 224. I have lost 17 lbs in all and still have not changed a pant size...my pants are getting bigger but I have tried on a 14 and they are still a little tight. I get that a lot. Mine is low blood sugar. The doctor could not detect this unless he takes your blood sugar when you feel like this. I actually pass out if I do not fix this. I just try to eat light little snacks through the day and that normally keeps it down. I would watch out and make sure you do not actually pass out…

I either work out on the elliptical for about 30-45 min or I take a brisk walk for about 30-45 min. I try to change it up sometimes with Zumba or yoga....something a little different. I actually did not count anything for about 12 of the pounds I lost...maybe I am looking to far into it....

I put on my favorite show (for 30 min or hour) and just walk while I watch it. It helps me keep my mind off the idea that I am actually working out because I am so into the show that is playing. Hope that helps!!

I feel the same way!! I am hungry after dinner and that is when I go into the kitchen and rummage around. I sometimes eat a bowl of cereal (just about half of a normal bowl) and I feel more full. Something about the milk. (It might not be the best idea but it works for me.) Hope this helps!! If you find anything that works…

I fall alot as well but I have done a little bit of Zumba and it was TONS of fun!! I cant wait to do it again!! You can always take littler steps but you still use the muscles!!

Make it and don't tell him!! I made healthy lasagna (whole wheat noodles, low fat sauce, ect.) and did not tell my husband and he never knew!! He ate it and told me it was really good lasagna.
