I have been on my weight loss journey for about 4 months now. I have lost 17lbs during this time. But now I am stuck!! I was 207 two weeks ago, and going up a little to 210!! I understand that we fluctuate a little bit but COME ON!! I am not eating over my calories and exercising at least 3-4 times a week!! I am really lost about this and want to fix it!! Anyone have any suggestions to things that I could be doing wrong?? I am just trying to better myself and I am starting to feel it pulling me down...Maybe I just need to keep at it and remember that I will not lose all the time...

What do you do for a workout? Maybe you need to increase the time you are working out or the frequency. Maybe you need to change what you are doing - your body might have gotten used to it.

watch out for hidden sodium . . . but it sounds like your doing just fine. keep doing what your doing and i'm sure it will go down again.

I knew, after AN ENTIRE YEAR with 10 extra pounds, eating minimum WW points, and working out hard 6 days a week, that there was something wrong -- I could not budge those dang pounds!!! I could not figure out what the problem was until I joined MFP and read this fantastic thread:

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/196502-for-the-people-who-work-out-like-crazy-and-are-not-losing?hl=for+people+who+work+out+like+crazy

I had never counted calories burned or calories consumed before. I actually had no idea how much I was burning, and realized that most days for the past year I had been netting fewer than 800 calories a day. It was a huge light bulb for me to read that post, and once I started tracking and eating properly I lost weight immediately!

maybe this applies to you--maybe you lost for a while on a lower-calorie diet, but have hit that point where your lean muscle mass demands to be fed.

    blessings.

I either work out on the elliptical for about 30-45 min or I take a brisk walk for about 30-45 min. I try to change it up sometimes with Zumba or yoga....something a little different. I actually did not count anything for about 12 of the pounds I lost...maybe I am looking to far into it....

When i hit about your point, my trainer upped my calories. Google fat2fit radio and do the BMR calculator. I just upped mine again....

You might need to increase your calorie intake.
