they don't taste as good as restaurants because restaurants put bacon and all that good stuff in it. :) Try getting the romaine lettuce mixes, then just adding stuff. I'll get the romaine and baby red mix, it comes in a big container, and then i'll add tomatoe, cucumber, celery and sometimes boiled egg. It's really good.

I use Special K low fat granola in my yogurt. It's like 95 calories in 1/4 of a cup or something like that. I could be wrong.. Idk

you with just have to categorize what "kind" of work out it is and go by that. I'm not sure what that one is but for example, if it's aerobics, then just type in aerobics either moderate, low impact, or high impact, and add your minutes. Hope this helped

exactly! :) We all make mistakes. And as soon as you stick with it and start seeing changes, it will make is sooo much easier to stay on track. It's very easy to get discouraged, especially if your not losing weight. hang in there.

I didn't know that. Okay, well if yours does, then go by that number, if not... I would use MFP.

I would go by MFP. The bike doesn't take into consideration age/ gender/ height/ weight.. All those things go into determining how many calories you burn. i think the machines just give you an average guestimated number.

For some people if could be if it was a "well banlanced" diet. If you go to the "track my fitness" section, you can browse all the different excersizes and see how many calories you will burn. It doesn't really matter what you do as long as your moving.

Try cutting back to 1200 a day. It may seem hard at first, but once you figure out what kind of "filling" foods you can eat.. it will actually start to seem like alot of calories that you are allowed to eat. Every single month, at that time, I gain five pounds.. Like clockwork, always five. Never more, never less. Then as soon as it's over it comes back off. Don't beat yourself up about your weight when it's that time. Almost everybody will flucuate during that time due to retaining water and all that other good stuff.

I don't think it does.. Whem me and my husband say for example go for a walk or whatever, when we get done, we both add it in, and it's the same. Maybe it just does an average?? But that's not accurate, because Somebody that it more overweight I would assume they would have a higher calorie burn? Maybe?? not sure..

You can take my chocolate, you can take my ice cream, you can take my chips... but I will straight up knock someone out if they try to take my coffee!! There is nooo way I am giving up my coffee. If you feel like that, then just make it fit in. Cut back calories from dinner to make up for your coffee<sugar> ;)
