This week I did not do so well. It was the first week of school and I think the stress of it all has gotten to me. So for this week there has been no weight change :( CW:223

I think I did alright this week. Fruit and vegetables were a bit of a challenge but had no problem with the water, and I'm down to 225 :) I think I was off with my starting weigh because I didn't have a scale so it may look like I lost 10lbs but really I'm down 3lbs.
