I just looked them up and OMG. I started crying just watching Lol....It's would def be a CHALLENGE for me0 -
So I did my first kettle bell workout yesterday, and oh boy do I feel it today! I posted a topic called hurts so good! I didn't relize quite how it hurt until I knelt down to give my son a bath. I almost needed to call my daughter to help me up lol, but I made it! I will do it again today, and start 30ds on Monday! I hope you all are having a great weekend!0

hurray! Ived officially managed to resd through all the messages! Today is going to be a tough day food wise. I'll be out of the house all day, but on a good note I'll be up on my feet all day and drinking lots of water! I'll have fruits brfore 8 head out though. I will weigh in tonight or tomorrow and keep up the great work. Love the exchange of recipes especially using the crock pot. I never use mine and would love to use it.
Aside from doing the weekly challenge here. I have also challenged myself to stay away from restaurants... or only once every 2weeks. Not doing that great with that one this week but there's always next week.

Good morning, oy my head hurts. One too many drinks last night at my mother's birthday party. Drinking lot's of water today. i burned killer calories yesterday so that will help.
Is this weeks challenge a burpee challenge cause if it is, it will be a challenge for me for sure. lol0 -
Just a wick check in on my lunch break. Getting the hang o the water challenge struggled with the f&v but Jett, Rome wasn't built in a week. Lol I did ok this week my current weight is 192.7 so I went down a little. I have family in this weekend so I won't be back in here till Monday. I hope everyone has a good weekend0

And for those that have gained, welcome to the marathon! It's not a sprint so don't lose sight of the finish line. This is only the beginning and we have another 21 weeks to prove that!

I think I did alright this week. Fruit and vegetables were a bit of a challenge but had no problem with the water, and I'm down to 225 I think I was off with my starting weigh because I didn't have a scale so it may look like I lost 10lbs but really I'm down 3lbs. Did some TRX this week and boy did I feel it the next day. I kinda hope the challenge next week aren't burpees they look difficult!!!0

Ok, I have had a pretty blah week. But, I did maintain, so atleast that is good. I am hoping that with me going back to work on Monday, I will start losing again. It will be a challenge getting in my exercise, but I am determined to do it. Atleast with going back to work (I am a teacher) I am constantly on my feet and will be burning a lot of calories throughout the day!0

Well, I gained 1.6 this week. But I know why--I went overboard at my nephew's bday party on Thursday. This won't get me down! But after lunch I'm going for a 5-mile walk with a friend, so.... back on track!0

I guess the good thing to look at is that I haven't started over eating, but I am being really lazy. I just don't feel like going to the gym or anything for that matter. I have had a super rough week and failed miserably with getting enough water. I found out that I have several bulging discs and two torn ones in my back so the doc has told me no real exercise until I have another MRI and we figure out what we are going to do On a positive note, I am down to 233.8, so a lose of 1.2 pounds! I haven't had a chance to read through all of the posts yet, what is the code for the christmas sticker? And how do you add it to your profile?0

Week 1 challenge was a breeze for me! I really do enjoy fruits and veggies! Maybe fruits more than veggies but anyways! I always drank about 70 oz of water! I am eating about 1300 calories average everyday and not eating my exercise calories... maybe I should because this week I only lost like .5 a lb.! This week my own personal goal is to work out 5 days and even on the days that I am doing strength training I want to do some cardio hopefully this will be a good week!

Hi everyone!
So I injured my hip halfway through the week so I haven't been able to exercise since Wed (and it's killing me, who would have thought!!). However I have drunk all my water and eaten all my vege intake for the week. If you are hinting at a burpee challenge this week I may not be able to complete it (due to hip) however I will up my vege to 5 a day and I'll drink the amount of water you suggest.
After all that is said and done I have lost 2.1pounds this week taking me to 240.9 :happy:0 -
this cake recipe im posting is from WW, just tried it and its pretty good,my 23 yr old son loved it and said it was very moist!!
orange cream cake
cake mix ( I use sugarfree white cake)
1 can of diet orange soda and bake (or any diet will do)
mix both together and bake
topping cool
whip low fat
sugarfree cheese cake pudding mix (half small box)
fold pudding in cool whip spread on cake put in frig. for an hour0
