Totally understand! I have taken it off slowly, and followed all of the tips I can. I do have some loose skin issues in my arms tummy but not as bad as would have thought so far. And trust me, the loose skin looks MUCH better than the fat that used to be there!

Everyone is different. This is how my body reacts to alcohol. I only weigh in once a week by the way. I drank on Saturday, weighed in on Tuesday. I drink about a gallon of water a day and eat healthy. I have Pcos and a thyroid condition. So this may have something to do with it. This is a consistent reaction my body has.

I love tequilla shots, but the last time I drank it (4 shots) I gained 4.5 lbs!!!! I don't like it that much!

This is probably my fav JM Dvd! I love that you can do 1 if you are pressed for time, or all 3 if your not. I burn a ton of c alories too!

Phase 1 was fairly easy. On one of jillians messages she said some people who are very fit can start with phase 2. I highly suggest you do the entire program though. Phase 2 definitely eels it up a couple notches. Use your phase 1 time to perfect your form and lay a solid foundation for the rest of the program.

I'm almost done wig week 7. Huge changes in my body. Down 1 pants size and 14 lbs. Not taking measurements until the end. I can see big changes in my arms, back, core and thighs. I followed the meal plan for kickstart, but not anymore.

I have had mine since Christmas and use it daily. No problems yet. The paperwork said it should last a year and it can be replaced.

Sorry, didn't mean it that way. According to the bmi scale my Dr refuses to give up, I'm still classified as overweight. If I was 10 ft tall I could go eat some cake! Lol

Hate hate hate freaking high knees! Love burpees, don't mind plie hops, I can even tolerate running man. High knees make me angry! Lol

Cardio 2 is a step up, I think. Little longer too, but still doable. I like cardio 2 more than the first one.

Anyone thinking about ordering it....do it! I love it!! I'm on phase 2, week 8. 14 lbs down so far and I'm not taking measurements until the end, but I'm seeing a huge difference in muscle tone.

Clarinet and a song writer. My hubby is a drummer in a southern rock/country band (six miles south)...so I'm a band wife too. Music is a huge part of our family!

I am so not a morning person. I forced myself to do it because my evenings were getting hectic. Now I haven't missed an am workout in months. I love that I have more energy and stamina throughout the day. Plus, my workout is checked off first thing so nothing can get in my way! Try it for 1 month, you will love it!

Omg my shoulders hurt....I can definitely tell this workout is changing my body. That's a good thing! Hope I still feel that way in the morning!

Yep...that was hard! But that good kind of hard that makes you exicted and proud when you survive it. Went by faster, I was surprised when she said cool down time.

I love the kickbox fastfix! !! More cardio, but a couple moves use weights. I love that it is brokenup into 3 20 min workouts so you can do 1 or all 3 depending on how much time you have. Its fast paced too, I like that.
