  • Love those things...and they are a pretty decent serving. Sometimes have them with milk...sometimes put them in a baggie and snack!!!! I will have to try the Fiber One Brownies...had eyeballed them and wondered!!!
  • I am doing much more water with lemon and orange sliced in it (have an infusion pitcher)...but when I am hitting the soda urge....I sometimes buy those small cans of coke...the 100 calorie ones and put it in glass with lots of ice....smaller amount of the real thing hits the spot.
  • I have been doing the same thing....I don't have a HR monitor...I don't think I exert as much as when I took the actual class...but I work up a pretty good sweat. I wish they had fast vs slow on the general dancing like they do the ballroom.

  • I go back and forth on water. Have been falling back into my diet coke routine. I just started using an infusion pitcher that jazzes up water. Just slice up whatever fruit etc you want to flavor your water and put the slices in a tube which goes in middle of the pitcher. This slowly infuses that flavor into the water.…
