You can do it!! I lost 100lbs, so I know it's completely do-able. I've been maintaining for 4 years now. Take it day by day and eventually you'll reach your goal.

I drink water, or hot tea. My husband does this too, he loves tv/movie time snacks after the kids are in bed. If I sip on something, I'm normally not too tempted.

I think it does. It has beginner through advanced. I love the wide range of workouts. They have beginner workouts, yoga, recovery, dancing, Pilates, Black Fire (like Crossfit at home), Inferno/HR, and workouts for building strength that my husband likes too. Totally work the $14.99 a month.

I've been using "It's a 10" and it's worked wonders on my hair! I have really thick hair, and this season has been brutal for it. Here's a link on amazon for it http://www.amazon.com/10-miracle-leave-Plus-Keratin/dp/B005F4BH8A/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1429624037&sr=8-2&keywords=it%27s+a+10

Hi all! I'm Mandy, 30 years old, and new to the group. I'm a military wife, and we are currently stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Looking for friends as well! I'm 5'0 and I tend to stay around 115-117lbs. I I was 210lbs back in 2007-8 and I lost 100lbs over the span of about a year. I'm maintaining that loss and…

I did 3 rounds of Black Fire and I loved it! I'm trying Inferno now with Anja and it's very challenging!

Looking for friends, too! I love seeing all the activity during the day, it helps me stay on track!

Hi everyone! I'm Mandy, and I turned 30 earlier this year. I'm married, and have 2 kids. I'm a military wife (husband in the Marine Corps), and we are stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Between 2007 and 2011 I lost 100lbs, and now I'm keeping it off. I run a fitness blog, HarperGirl Fitness online. The name Harper Girl…

I do! I use it every day. I went through 3 cycles of Black Fire, and now I'm on Inferno.

Most people I know gave up during the first few weeks because of weight gain. I've gained about 1.5lbs, but I know it's either muscle or water, so I'm not ready to quit. Plus, I hate quitting! I did just fine running on my off day. I'm going to run on Cardio Recovery days from now on. Probably just 3 miles or so, nothing…

I just started my 2nd week of Insanity and I'm a runner too! I've been missing my runs. I plan on running on the Cardio Recover days from now on. Yesterday was my "off day" and I ended up going for a run. I don't like to sit still, even for an off day, so I did a light run. The recovery week I'll be running as well. I…

Just finished week 1 yesterday!

I did them! I lost about 80lbs doing them :) Bob is my hero! (hence my name, HarperGirl!) I wasn't using MFP, but they are high impact, so I would go with something like that for the cardio one, and see if there is something for strength training for Super Strength.

Thank you for all the replies and advice! I've never gone into "maintence mode" my entire life, so I'm still trying to figure out how to balance this new lifestyle. I apologize for my delayed response, I'm a military wife stationed in Japan, so my days and nights are reversed for all of you people in the States :) I wasn't…

I jsut did the formula, it's saying to lose weight (-500) I need 1727. So I should up it to around 1700?

I always do the "neck up" trick. If I'm just feeling sick from the neck up, I'll do strength training or something where I'm not jumping around or running. If I'm feeling it in my chest though I'll skip the day. I've actually felt better after working out when I have a cold. Sounds odd, I know! But it has helped!
