No. It is not normal to eat at a calorie deficit for three months and not lose weight, especially if you are obese. Something isn't right here.

Seriously! I forgot to respond to the ultrasound picture my best friend sent me. DS was crying and it was just a hellish, busy day and I plum forgot. I can't imagine a TRUE friend ENDING a friendship over not replying to a freaking text, no matter how important it is.

Neither, it was water weight. Maybe a half a pound was fat, but when you eat lower in carbs, your glycogen stores in the muscles deplete, which contributes to the quick loss.

I don't mean to sound obtuse, but what did you expect it to look like? What someone looks like at a certain rate will vary so much based on numerous factors. Just keep working towards your goal weight; you can always lower it if you want to.

I would say you aren't eating enough. Under 1300 calories is way too little for exercising 6 days a week, and you appear to be fairly close to your goal weight, which means you need a smaller calorie deficit. I would try upping the calories to 1600, maybe even 1800 depending on how much you are burning during exercise.

They bloat me. Both times I have been on them, I put on 5 pounds of bloat within a week ( I am guessing due to the hormones). Said bloat left when I went off them.

If what you are doing has been working for you, then I would stick with it. If you feel is isn't, then upping is worth a shot. I do feel your calories are too low based on that amount of exercise, unless you are eating back exercise cals.

I am friends with people I have a lot in common with, so in my case this tends to be mothers, especially SAHM mothers, people who eat a lower carb/higher protein diet, or enjoy the same workouts as me. I have never had a male request, but would definitely accept if he I thought he could help/inspire me.

It depends on your settings. If you have sedentary, then I would. I have mine as moderately active, so I wouldn't because it is already factored in.
