I'm going to focus more on transitioning to organic whole foods, including organic coffee and tea, over the next month or so. I'm looking not only to make healthier choices but also looking into nutrition therapy for endometriosis. Have to try something to help combat hormones which are really messing with my diet, mood,…

Yes, I'm taking a low level combination of progesterone. Thank you for the tip! : ) I totally understand the pain level! I haven't been on any meds for the past 4 years and it's been ridiculous, but I had no idea there was a problem! I just thought I suffered from really bad periods! I always joked that if I can get…

Happy to see message boards on here, regarding this topic!! Just recently diagnosed after having a robotic myomectomy to have fibroids removed. They found a stage 4 endometrial cyst on my ovary. It's nice to finally have a diagnosis, but the new medicines I'm on are really messing with my mood! I feel constantly tired and…

I'm happy I waited until my late 30's. It gave me enough experience to really understand what I needed and wanted in a good stable relationship. I've only been married a couple of months, but I have no doubts that this is it, and soo happy I didn't settle!

Thank you all for your replies! I will definitely start increasing the calories! I have been weight training 2-3 days a week, plus cardio and yoga at least once a week. I hate feeling guilty when I go over calories, even when I'm making good food choices! Happy to hear that other people are experiencing the same thing!…

Thanks! That's what I was thinking, but the thought of increasing just made me really nervous!

Maybe start making little swaps with your carbs. Instead of italian bread at breakfast, switch to whole wheat and/or an english muffin. Also, egg whites instead of always having whole eggs. Definitely agree with the other posters too, about upping the water intake and eating more than twice a day!

I've been using Unjury and love it!! They have a chicken soup flavor that has 20 grams of protein. I have that with lunch and it helps carry me thru the afternoon. They have a sampler pack that is around $26, this includes shipping. It contains packets of all flavors, and is a great and inexpensive way to try the protein!…
