Attempting carb cycling to shake up my routine. I've been trying to follow a low carb diet for a while with success, but wondering if my body has now acclimated to high protein and I've hit a wall. Anyone have any experience in Carb Cycling?

When to recalculate numbers??
I feel like this past week, I've had a couple questionable days with going over my 1400 calories and I did not log nearly enough exercise, yet the scale is either staying the same or going down.. Does this mean, I should up my calories more on days, I put in a really tough work out? I don't want to eat a lot of calories…
