Once upon a time I was guilty of this, however, for the summer I went for the "sew in". When I exercise I wrap my hair and do the damn thing. I'm determine to lose 56 lbs and NOTHING OR NOBODY WILL STOP ME!!!!! :wink: :smile: :happy:

Yes, you are so CORRECT about the amt of sodium in our food. I added sodium to my tracking and I almost fell out of my chair when I saw the amt of sodium in my almond milk. Thank you for the wonderful advice. Have a blessed and powerful day::flowerforyou:

Hi MFP, 1 can of whole kernel corn to the black beans 1 - 2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil. 3 - 4 oz of Lean Ground Turkey (cooked) Simmer Toss yourself a salad and its "on and popping" ;-). Good luck.

Yes try not to eat your exercise calories, drink water and look at the fiber inake in your diet. Keep up the: good work -you r proof it can be done!!!
