I had a 4.5 mile walk last night. hopefully tonight if its nice again ill do at least another 2 mile! i need to drink my water...to avoid the snacking. by far my biggest weakness!

I took the kiddos to an indoor play area...as we were playing tag my ankle landed wrong and it was a little sore yesterday, so I only reached 6000 steps. But today it is back to normal so I will try to hit my step goal today. Today's goals 1. get my steps 2. no late night snacking!!! 3. 3L of water!

Im in St. Louis Missouri...I about froze going to my car last night. it was 10 degrees!

Good Morning All! I am so happy you continued the 100 day challenge. By far my favorite challenge that Ive done on mfp. The set up is great! My goals today... 1. Hit 10k steps 2. stay within calorie limit 3. drink a gallon of water! Good luck everybody!

Good Afternoon! I had dental work done yesterday and my mouth is sore as can be. My goal today is going to be get the energy to walk the track tonight for an hour. Unfortunately this pain medication is making me beyond drowsy!

I have never used runkeeper, but I have used another app like it. I was curious about this same thing. Most other apps do not measure inclines. During inclines you body is burning calories faster than say just walking a track. When your heart rate is in fat burn zone or cardio zone your fitbit adjusts your calories…

I just bought my fitbit yesterday and also was slacking my logging on mfp. but I am back also! not sure how to add friends to challenges yet but will add you as soon as I figure it out. I don't have any friends to challenge yet

There are trainers there. I know it sounds stupid...but at this point I am to embarrassed of my weight to ask for help. I don't want to bring any attention to myself. I know thats what they are there for, its more of a personal issue. Thanks for the imput!
