I find pre-logging really changes my attitude about the choice. If I'm truly craving pizza, then I will log it that and try to build the rest of my day around it.

One day shouldn't ruin anything - Let yourself enjoy food once in a while, just get right back on track today... work a little harder this week and I personally don't think that one cheat day a week is too much. I usually try for one meal a week then an actual day every other week or so.

I think it looks like a gimmicky crap website... at the end of the Milk section they tell you to drink Soy, then if you look at the soy section it say read this and decide if you want to drink/eat soy...we don't! LOL I think it's just a ridiculous scare tactic to drive concerned dieters crazy.

I just started Boot Camp and I'm having the same problem. I'm freaking out and my trainer assured me that it will start to come off soon. I'm building muscle faster than I'm burning fat... but I feel your frustration. Grrr

It starts out stretching and then a really good, quick warm up. Jogging in place, jumps, drops with push ups, jogging in place - over and over. Then we did lunges, back ward lunges, Hitler kicks, curb squats then we finished off with half squats... it was brutal. Total time 1 hour
