I have my preferences but the funny thing is the guy i fell in love with is the complete opposite of my preferences. Now either way doesnt really bother me. There are things that are more important.

Recently had to buy new scrubs for work. Stores do not carry my size, so I had to order them online. When I finally got them I got them too big. So now I walk around wear way too large potato sacks. I want to be able to buy new scurbs that fit. It keeps me going near the end of my workouts.

I like the generic slimfast shakes. They have less sugar than the real slimfast shakes and they are a lot cheaper. I have also been looking into the Isopure shakes.

I have PCOS, and losing weight with it isnt any different I dont think. With the metformin I hated taking it because it is a blood sugar pill used on diabetics to decrease their sugars. I have added the walking as of a little over two weeks ago. Up until this point my home life has been sedentary. I am not sure how to link one of my blog posts on here, but if you check out my blog there is a whole description of the low carb diet that i do and it works really well.

One thing that has helped me is to keep healthy snacks around. As the day goes by, just to keep my metabolism up, I will have a granola bar or something. Helps stave off hunger too so you are less likely to binge later.

I did the same thing a few days ago. Didnt notice til I got back to my home page and the calorie banner at the top was something like 4500 calories over!

The last time I was doing really good with my eating, I lost 56 lbs and had little treats a few times a week and still managed to lose 5 or more lbs a week.
