I am not married but I do wear a ring on my right hand and never take it off when I'm at the gym. Maybe it's because I do mostly cardio and don't have to worry about pinching when lifting or anything.

I usually just buy the huge bag from Costco and once it's gone, I turn my light off. I do pick a few of my favorites out but I won't buy the candy too far in advance either so I can't eat it all!

I already have a beach body coach and T25 but I would love to be a part of this group too! I am re-starting on 9/23 also as I got super busy and had a half marathon in between and stopped around week 3. I love it though!

I have been slacking majorly since my half marathon on Sunday and I am leaving for vacation next Thursday. I am definitely starting back at week 1 on 9/23 but I will probably do TBC today after work just to squeeze a workout in!

I am on week 3 of Alpha and I have lost 1 inch off my waist, .5 inch off my arm and gained .5 inch on my thigh so far. It is helping with my running though as my core is getting stronger. I love it!
