Welcome aboard! I am from Napoleon just west of you. I love this site and it worked for me. If you use it faithfully you will see results. :flowerforyou:

This site is great as long as you are honest with yourself. I have lost 26 pounds with this site but a total 126. I also started around 268 so it seems impossible. One day at a time! Make sure you get some exercise to burn extra calories. You have to burn them to earn them.

I make sure I burn the extra calories to make sure I always have some to spare. Plan ahead for your day as much as possible. I plan the day out and try to stick to it. I have lost 126 pounds total, 30 of them using this site. Your goal should be to get rid of that red number. You can do it. :flowerforyou:

I found that replacing my favorite items with the lower calorie / fat version made a huge difference and I did not feel like I was depriving myself of what I…

Thanks for the responses. That helps. I am used to counting points with my current system so tracking calories and carbs is a new approach. I lost 114 pounds and kept it off for about 5 years. I guess getting older changes your body because I have gained 15 of it back over the last year and a half. I refuse to give up...I…

I am new to myfitnesspal just this week. I love the detail it gives me. However, I would love to be able to enter the workout video I use and know what level / category it is and how many calories it burns. I currently work out to Walk Away the Pounds 1 mile, 2 mile and 3 mile. I also use Walk Away your Waisline (3 miles)…
