It was great for me right up until Memorial Day weekend, (in which I took Friday and Tuesday off) I ate and drank like I had never tasted those amazing foods and beers before. I actually went in to Thursday evening 0.2 pounds below my goal, I woke up this morning 4.2 lbs. over. As a real lesson, I felt horrible the entire…

I use a small amount of evoo on a 4 oz. fillet then Lysanders Fish rub ( http://allseasoning.com/lysander.htm ) The rub is 1/4 tsp. per serving and a little high on the sodium (I think 200 mg) but only about 1/8 tsp. is needed. Bake for 10 mins @ 425 and it is perfect. I too eat salmon 3-4 times a week

To battle this I have started grilling a couple chicken breasts and slicing them thin and storing them in a plastic container in the fridge. I use 3 oz. of chicken to make my sandwich…

I just had Vermont Sugar Free this morning, really low on calories and not super sweet. I have always prefered real maple syrup because the Aunt Jemima types have been far too sweet for me.
